Tourism Saskatoon enhances visitor experience

Look for the Saskatoon Experience Ride at local events this summer

With summer festival season quickly approaching, Tourism Saskatoon is taking the visitor experience to a new level.

Look for our brand new Visitor Experience Experts at Saskatoon festivals, events and attractions this summer, as they bring valuable visitor information straight to our tourists. The Experience Experts will be travelling around the city in style thanks to a partnership with Budget Rent A Car. Keep your eye out for the Saskatoon Experience Ride on city streets and at local events.

“Tourism Saskatoon is always looking for new and exciting ways to enhance visitor experience,” said Todd Brand, President & CEO of Tourism Saskatoon. “This pilot program is an excellent opportunity for us to explore industry trends. Sending our travel counsellors directly to our visitors is a proactive and innovative alternative to traditional tourist information services.”

Tourism Saskatoon and its partner hotels are further enhancing the visitor experience by offering the Saskatoon Experience Pass to hotel guests from now through August 31, 2013. When booking a stay at a hotel, visitors can request the Saskatoon Experience Pass promotion. The pass includes discounted or full admission to select events and attractions. Guests will receive one Saskatoon Experience Pass for each night of their hotel stay. A complete list of partnering hotels is available at

Please note, the visitor centre at Avenue C North will not be open this summer. Travellers are encouraged to attend the downtown visitor centre at 202 Fourth Avenue North for tourist information.
