Ice Cycle is part of the Potash Winter Shines festival and is "the coldest bicycle parade on the planet."
The inside events include workshops, music, displays etc.
Outside at 1:30 pm the parade takes off with the support of the City
Police to stop the traffic for the 20 minute ride.
Costumes are encouraged and there will be prizes for the best.
