Premier Festival-Saskatchewan's Fine Wines, Spirits & Specialty Food Festival

The Premier Festival has remained one of the hottest festival events and has inspired copies of the Festival and its Winemaker’s Dinner by Calgary, Winnipeg, and Edmonton. Its main focus has not changed, yet the dynamics of the Festival have. The opportunities to sample high-end wines, spirits, liqueurs, exotic new drinks, sherry’s, ports, single malt scotches, all remains, but with renewed interest in maintaining a level of new product to showcase each year. Our other partners, SLGA, Saskatchewan Wine & Spirits Association, Saskatchewan Food Processors, Media, and Autism Services, continue to make strong presences with the Premier Festival and have made strides in keeping it entertaining for all. The Festival runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 6:30pm – 10pm. Sampling tokens remain the same again this year at $.60/token. You can sample many products for 1-2 tokens and high end products may require between 5+ tokens. Food Booths also use tokens. This year we are looking forward to items such as Pulled Pork Mini Buns and Royal Thai Spring rolls, just a few items to expect.
