Radisson Saskatoon

Radisson Saskatoon has been busy thinking Green for a number of years see below some of the activities and suggestions they have to offer for anyone who is looking to focus on sustainability.

The Challenge - A balancing act

In business being green can often be the more expensive option, but it is critical to remember the savings that come along with energy efficient equipment and the importance of protecting our environment. It is a great recruitment tool as well as many of our key clients have mission statements and values that mirror ours and reducing their foot print is one of them.

Taking Action - Blazing the trail

Radisson Saskatoon has been awarded with a 4 Green Key Eco-Rating and a 3Green Key Meeting Rating under the prestigious international Green Key Program, an Eco-Rating program which recognizes environmental performances in hotel industry.

The Radisson Saskatoon suggests to just start, start small and build from there.

Key to Success - Hands on Learning

Engage your entire team and educate them on the successes, savings and recognitions.

Clean the World

It is an extra step for the room attendants to recycle the soap and shampoos, but they do and they do it because they feel they are making adifference and we back it up with the proof!

Radisson Saskatoon registered with a Tree Canada to support their 2014 goal to plant 10,000 trees. We did a bake sale and a bike raffle and raised 512.00 dollars enough for 128 trees!
