Vetavision 2017, a student run public open house, provides the public with the opportunity to learn more about animal health, the diverse aspects of the veterinary profession, and the important roles that veterinary professional play in animal health, public health, food safety, and ecosystem health. It's a particularly big hit with children because there's also opportunities to interact with the animals (for example, the fistulated cow, which has a hole into its stomach, is a always a star attraction!). Vetavision is run every 2 years at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Not only is Vetavision informative and a great educational opportunity but it's also tons of fun. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at Vetavision 2017!
