Tourism Saskatoon’s photos and videos are available at no cost to organizations marketing or otherwise promoting Saskatoon.
Please note that you must read and agree with all restrictions and obligations in order to obtain authorization to use Tourism Saskatoon’s photos and/or videos.
Restrictions
No photo or video obtained from Tourism Saskatoon can be sold nor included in any type of reproduced materials sold (including souvenirs, packaging, etc.) or supported by ad revenues.
No photo or video can be used to promote a product or service that is not directly related to marketing Saskatoon.
Any website wanting to post any photo or video must link to TourismSaskatoon.com
Items from Tourism Saskatoon’s photo and video library cannot be used for any political or religious purpose, with the exception of pre-authorized use for conference promotion.
Obligations
I agree to credit Tourism Saskatoon for each photo and/or video republished or broadcasted.
I understand that Tourism Saskatoon maintains sole ownership of all photos and videos, and can withdraw borrowing, publication or broadcast privileges at any time without notice.
I accept full legal liability if any photo is used inappropriately.
Copying or forwarding Tourism Saskatoon’s photos without adherence to all conditions is a breach of copyright law.
By accepting any photos and/or video from Tourism Saskatoon, you agree to abide by the restrictions and uphold the obligations noted above.
