How are we already talking about March? Doesn’t it feel like the new year just started? We are getting close to the start of Spring, and I, for one, am excited! Like every month, March has some fantastic events coming up; let’s take a look!

Arts

Remai Modern’s annual art party is back! LUGO Light is happening on March. 16th at 8:00. Come out from the darkness of winter and prepare for longer, brighter days as we move into Spring. Explore the galleries, see performances, enjoy drinks and bites, and dance the night away with live DJs. You can find all the information here.

The Persephone Theatre has a great show happening until March. 3 called It’s Okay to Be Different. This excellent family show delivers the importance of acceptance, understanding, and self-confidence, perfect for the whole family. The show will be running at different times, including some matinee shows!

The Colosseum Presents is showing the classic movie Back To the Future at the Broadway Theatre on March 13 at 7:00 pm. Take a trip back in time and get out to enjoy this classic movie! Stop at UNA Pizza + Wine for some supper and a drink or walk around the beautifull Broadway before the movie!

On Saturday, March.2, The Wanuskewin Gift Shop is hosting The Heard Artisan Market at their Broadway location. Come out and support the talented artisans and shop beautiful Indigienous pieces!

Sports

The Saskatoon Blades are having such a great season so far, and this month, they have seven home games, so you have no excuses to miss out on the fun! Watch for their playoff schedule soon!

Be sure to come out and cheer on your Saskatchewan Rush on March. 16th at 7:30. This game will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with all sorts of fun; you won’t want to miss it!

Also, the classic World Famous Harlem Globetrotters are returning to Saskatoon this month! On March 6, the hilarious, family-friendly show is back at SaskTel Centre. We took our kids last year, and they LOVED it. Be sure to check them out!

Entertainment

Champêtre County is hosting their annual Easter Egg Hunt at the end of the month. Join them on March 30 for a pancake breakfast, easter egg hunt, and cuddly farm animals, and the maze will be open for people to use. Perfect for the family to enjoy some fun.

The HomeStyles Home Show is back at Prairieland Park from March 15-17. Be sure to check it out and enjoy all the vendors, get inspired for your next renovation and take in all the presentations and speakers!

Are you looking for a night of laughs? The Matt Rife Problemattic World Tour is coming to TCU Place on March 7. The TikTiok sensation is visiting YXE; you won’t want to miss it! Tickets can be found here.
