Round Dance & Feast

The City is excited to host its first Community Round Dance & Feast on Thursday, March 28 at Cosmo Civic Centre.  The theme for this event is miyo pimatisiwin or “the good life for all”. The event is open to everyone and there is no cost to attend. It's family-friendly and alcohol-free.

Community Feast: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Round Dance: 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM 

• Masters of Ceremonies - Carl Kennedy & Eric Tootoosis
• Stickman - Allan Bonaise (the Stickman's role is to the keep the event in motion and select the lead singers)
• Whipman - Marc LongJohn (the Whipman ensures that dancers enter into the dance circle in their categories and that the space is respected)
• Sound services provided by: Vernon Chocan, Chocan Sounds
