Eagle Creek and Hills Birding Tour - Saskatoon

  • Join us for this leisurely driving tour to Eagle Creek region west of Saskatoon. Great for a family outing.

    Both novice and experienced bird watchers are welcome. A loaner pair of binoculars may be available if requested.

    We will make stops at Eagle Creek Regional Park and also visit a variety of back road bridges over Eagle Creek where we might find Great Blue Heron, Belted Kingfisher, Gray Catbird, Brown Thrasher, Veery, Spotted Towhee, Cliff Swallow, Northern Rough-winged Swallow, Spotted Sandpiper and perhaps a Great Blue Heron. A pair of nesting Sandhill Cranes is often seen on this tour.

    During this Eagle Hills and Eagle Creek birding tour, your leader will identify the birds and set up a spotting scope allowing you to get the best view of the birds.

    ♿ This tour is ideal for low-mobility clients because they may remain in their vehicle during this driving tour.
