Michael Snow’s multidisciplinary practice explores the nature of perception, consciousness, language and temporality. He is recognized as a leading experimental filmmaker, best known for his film Wavelength, which is part of Remai Modern’s permanent collection. Comprised of a 45-minute continual zoom, Wavelength has been lauded as a landmark of avant-garde cinema.
