Parade of Homes

The 2023 Parade of Homes is the perfect time to find inspiration for your dream home and see the newest innovations and trends in home building and design. There will also be opportunities to win prizes throughout the whole parade! The show homes can be visited for free, all with absolutely no pressure and at your own pace. Each home is fully staged and professionally decorated so you can see today’s newest trends and innovations in home design. You might even find some cool new features that you didn’t know could be built into homes!

While each of the homes are beautiful and unique in their own right, they also share one very important thing in common – they were all built by a Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB). This means these builders hold themselves to the highest standards by adhering to a code of ethics, completing the CPHB education program, offering third-party warranty on every home, and making safety, ongoing training, and professionalism a priority.

We look forward to seeing you all visit the homes and communities in this year’s Parade, and remember, these homes are here for you to look at, to try on, and to explore!
