Create family memories that will last a lifetime at Pion-Era. The Museum comes alive for two days with the sights and sounds of Saskatchewan settler life. The whistles of the steam engines, the clang of the anvil, the smell of fresh-baked bread, the gentle rocking of a horse and wagon ride – there’s so much to see and do for all ages.
Weekend highlights include the Story of Threshing and Parade of Power, vintage fashion show, children’s activities, settler demonstrations, and much more!
Each year at Pion-Era tractors and stationary engines from local antique equipment enthusiasts are showcased. For information on showcasing your equipment, CLICK HERE to learn more and complete the application form.
Sunday, July 11. Doors open at 11:00 am
Featured entertainment by The Garrys. Based out of Saskatoon, The Garrys sophomore album Surf Manitou is a beautiful, vintage-sounding love letter to the Saskatchewan resort village of Manitou and to summer fun! If Ed Sullivan and The Shangri-Las went on a date, they would dance to The Garrys.
