The Saskatoon Accessibility Advisory Committee will be monitoring the progression of COVID19 in the coming weeks leading up to the Accessibility Education and awareness Expo. We are prepared to postpone the Expo and will do so to ensure the safety and health of our attendees and volunteers.
The Saskatoon Accessibility Advisory Committee would like to invite you to participant in the upcoming Accessibility Education & Awareness Expo 2020. The goal of this event is to bring education and awareness to our citizens about all the accessibility supports, organizations, and initiatives available in Saskatoon.
We look forward to welcoming you at this milestone event to promote the City’s efforts in making City services, information, facilities and infrastructure accessible to all individuals. This is an excellent platform to showcase Saskatoon Shines, how the city is truly a “leader by example.” Furtherance of education and awareness of accessibility in the city will enable more independence and a better future for people with disabilities.
The Expo will include Saskatoon exhibitors from all kinds of accessibility related community organizations and service providers. Informational speakers from city council, city departments and community organizations, as well as a concession provided by Scouts Canada.
