The 3 sustainability-oriented actions that we're proud to have incorporated in our workplace are:

1. Paperless medical records and estimates

2. CFL Lighting

3. Creating natural air flow in the practice by installing and utilizing triple pane windows that open



The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 12 months are:

1. Reduced overhead light use in the summer by using natural daylight

2. Digitally archiving our remaining paper records and recycling the paper copies securely

3. Energy saving practices for the computer network in our building



The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 2-4 years are:

1. Employee education on proper disposal of waste medications

2. Achieving a paperless practice by eliminating remaining paper files in clinic

3. Installing improved air quality control mechanisms (UV filter, improved ventilation)
