Cities in Sync is a collaboration between the three vibrant cities of Victoria, Saskatoon, and St. John's. This brand new initiative provides meeting planners with an efficient tool to book their meetings in rotation from east - central - west with ease while receiving added value and benefits. All you have to do is submit a request, and our teams will do the rest. You'll receive a custom, three-year proposal outlining how our professional teams can help you deliver on your meeting goals with success.

Here’s how it works: As a planner, you submit one request for proposal, which is presented to either of the destination representatives, and a multi-year proposal will be returned which will include information about hosting your next meeting in each city.

By working together, we can offer professional services and dynamic teams across Canada, who coordinate seamlessly to help you achieve your meeting and convention objectives with success from east to west!
