The 3 sustainability-oriented actions that we're proud to have incorporated in our workplace are:
1. All 200 residence recycle paper and cans, we have drop boxes in our garbage rooms located on each floor
2. We have a recycle station set up for batteries at our front desk
3. We're planning on starting a composting program for all the food waste from our kitchen
We've met with the composting coaches and are looking at ways to start composting all of our kitchen waste.

The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 12 months are:
1. Continue to educate our Residents on the importance of recycling and making better choices ,br>
2. Start composting
3. Looking at ways to maintain our green space, to use less water and don't discard the trimmings in the garbage.

The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 2-4 years are:
1. Working with Communities in Bloom and planning to preserve our trees.
2. Expand our composting to include the local area
3. Turning our green space into a teaching are for Saskatoon school or Horticulture
